Access and stay conditions
During the purchase process, details of the buyer and accompanying persons will be requested in order to:

Personalise the interactive wristband in the game area and enhance the overall visit experience.
The Tour route may vary depending on sporting activity and the schedule of Roig Arena. The visit takes place in real working areas of the club, so the itinerary is adapted at all times to ensure the proper development of training sessions, events, or other activities. The areas accessible during the visit may change without prior notice.
On match days, only the Museum visit will be available.
Tickets must be kept until the end of the activity and presented to venue staff when requested. The organisation does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased outside official channels. Resale is prohibited, and access may be denied in case of damaged tickets, suspected forgeries, or tickets obtained unlawfully. In cases of duplication, proof of identity may be required.
The organisation may request ID or the payment card to verify ticket ownership in case of duplication.
Punctuality is required. The organisation reserves the right of admission and the right to allow or deny access once the visit has started.
Access with food or drinks is not permitted, nor under the influence of alcohol or similar substances. Security checks may be carried out, and entry with items considered dangerous will not be allowed.
Recording or filming inside the venue is prohibited, except in expressly designated areas.
For safety and capacity control reasons, all visitors must hold a valid ticket, regardless of age.
Purchase conditions
Tickets are non-refundable. Before completing the purchase, it is recommended to check all details carefully.
Date changes requested by the customer carry a €5 fee, payable at the box office on the day of the visit.
Ticket purchases include a €1.50 management fee per ticket.
Visits may be suspended or modified in whole or in part due to organisational, operational, or sporting requirements (tickets may be exchanged for another date).
